We advice you to use some very useful Firefox extension : Flashblock, to not load the flash animation when visiting cities, and Snaplink, that allow to open all link in a zone with one right click (very useful to post message on all the topic of members on this page  )

Rules:

• You need to have posted 75 messages (or more) on the forum. Do you have so many messages posted, then you can ask Hitsugaya through a private message to be added on the list (questions on the forum itself will be ignored!)
• Maximally 2 minicities per person are allowed on the list! If you don't let me know which ones, i'll only add the top one on your list on your presentation thread.
• Once on the list, you need to stay active! NOTE: This means you HAVE TO post at least 1 message per day on the AV-topic on the forum!! If you're not active for some time, you will be removed from the list again.
• So... if you're knowing you will be unable to visit for a longer period of time (vacation, illness, operation, or such)... send me, Hitsugaya, a personal message, so i will know! In such a case, you won't be removed due to being inactive.  
• I will check for activity!

Exceptions to the rules:

• Administration is free from having to post AND to click at all! They are busy maintaining the forum, and therefore have a special right to be on the AV-list
• Moderators are only free from daily posting and clicking if they are showingly active on the rest of the forum! Moderators who are active have a lot to do to keep the forum readable, answer all kinds of questions and keep the forum cleaned up… and therefore they become the right to be on the AV-list even if they don’t post or click daily.
• Anyone who gets a special right by note of Administration, will be free from having to post and click daily (for as long as they are a member of the forum)! Somehow they have earned the right to be on the list.

If you do NOT agree to these (new) rules… feel free to leave the AV-list (send me a PM), or stay off it
